Some of Reza’s tips to his students and everybody who is interested in living consciously and healthily,

•    Take a shower once or twice a day. While showering, imagine that the clear water contains the creative power, removing from you all ballast. When drying yourself, with a towel carefully and consciously rub your spine in different directions. This reduces the stress in your body, your mind can calm down better, thus improving the free flow of Chi.

•    Try to keep in an upright position in any situation, allowing Chi to vibrate in you unhindered. Stretching exercises and yoga will prove to be beneficial.

•    Try to consciously do breathing exercises several times a day; they fill your organism with vitality, Chi or Prana. Consciously breathe into your whole body. Take a deep, slow breath through the nose until the whole body expands, then hold your breath briefly and exhale until all the air has left your body. Remain for a couple of seconds without breathing, and  then take another deep breath. Repeat several times. This exercise revives your organism.

•    Reduce your intake of meat. This reduces the brutish parts in you and opens up your mind for high-vibrating cosmic forces which further you with their love and wisdom so that you will become more pure, transparent and creative. Eat a lot of cereals. Before preparing them, soak them in clean, clear water for several hours in order to enrich them with life. This vibration will then become effective in your body. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Before consumption, put them in clear, slightly salted water for several minutes. This removes the non-usable vibrations accumulated during picking, transport and storage.

•    Treat your spleen/pancreas very lovingly. This organ is situated beneath the last rib on the left-hand side of your body. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) this organ redistributes the Chi brought into the stomach through food and drink. The pancreas sends the food chi for further processing to the lungs and the heart where it is used for the production of blood.

•    In my opinion, the spleen/pancreas has also the task to remove the mental stress and ballast from your body. Therefore, it is important to have a proper breakfast in the morning in order to support this organ (food preparation according to TCM recipes is recommended). Too much sitting and lying down affect the function of the spleen/pancreas.

•    Reduce the intake of food which reduces your light, as well as the intake of dairy products whose lifespan has been prolonged by artificial processes and chemical substances. This includes chocolates and sweets produced with artificial sugar. On the other hand, all food and fruit which Mother Nature offers are healthy and advantageous for the spleen/pancreas. However, excessive consumption of nuts, bananas and pineapple can weaken the flow of Chi as these products produce phlegm. Phlegm disturbs the energetic communication between the organs. Also the excessive intake of bread, especially of white and fresh bread, can produce phlegm. It is therefore recommended to eat dry or toasted bread.

•    Drink plenty of water and liquids. Mineral water, especially if kept in plastic bottles, can have an adverse effect on the organs because the water structure changes. Integrate movements you enjoy – such as walking, running, yoga, tai chi, qigong, fitness - into your daily life. They revive the functionality of your organism and refill it with vital energy.

•    Integrate relaxation  exercises such as meditation or autogenic training into your daily routine. If you worry a lot or do primarily brain work, your Chi  which nourishes your body, gathers in your head. It is important to bring this force back into your body. Follow this simple exercise: Repeatedly and consciously move your toes in order to move your attention  from your head back to your body. Moving your toes harmonizes the energy circulation and the energetic communication between the various organs and parts of the body can be resumed.
